Are the prices in US dollars?

Our prices are in Euros.

What are the customer service hours of operation?

Our live customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm Central European Standard Time. Shop online anytime!

Can I order from you?

We sell to licensed individuals and corporations. To find out more about licensing requirements, please contact us. Under no circumstances do we sell to unlicensed individuals or corporations.

Is it possible for someone to place an order on my behalf (e.g. secretary)?

An authorization form signed by the licensed entity on file is required for a third party to place an order. Get in touch with our customer service representatives for guidance. The signed form can be provided via email or fax.

Why should I buy from Glow Health?

 With Glow Health, we guarantee you the lowest price on genuine, brand name products. Our detailed account area provides an overview of your personal information, order history and tracking, and billing information. Special features include ‘favorites’, which lets you store a list of products for reference, and a ‘reorder’ button for quick and easy repeat orders.

Are the products offered on your website genuine? How do I know that they are?

All the products sold by Glow Health are genuine and come shipped and sealed in the original manufacturer packaging. Be sure to check the packaging when your product arrives.

What if there is a product I am interested in, but it is not listed on Glow Health?

Please get in touch with Glow Health’s customer service team to check on product availability.

How does your discount system work?

Discounts are assigned according to how many items you purchase – the more you buy, the more you save. With large purchases, you will pay lower prices as dictated on the product pages. Discounts are reflected in the price.

What methods of payment are acceptable?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

Do you offer any incentives for returning clients?

Provide proof of a better price elsewhere and we will meet or beat it if the competitor’s terms and pricing are similar or equal to ours.

Is there a minimum quantity I must order?

There is no minimum order, but a shipping fee may apply.
