Where does Glow Health Ship?

We ship to Spain. Compliance with importation, regulatory and local laws is the customer’s sole responsibility.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer shipping from 12,50€ customers also have the option to receive their product faster with express shipping (price to be calculated according to destination).

Which shipping company does Glow Health use?

The shipping company may vary according to locally available companies. Once we process your order, you will be given a shipping method and tracking number.

When will my order arrive?

Following processing, each order is shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Once the order is processed and shipped, delivery for normal shipping takes roughly 2 business days.

For customers using express shipping, the order will be processed and delivered within 1 business day. Orders must be placed by 10am CET to qualify for express shipping.

If an item is out of stock, you will receive a shipment notification and transit time may vary. To find out more, please contact customer service.

How long are returns accepted?

Glow Health offers customers a 14-day withdrawal period.
Glow Health reserves the right to make the refund upon receipt of the products supplied and verification that they are in correct condition.

Can a change of mind be made after receiving the items?

Glow Health does not accept refunds or returns.
We provide medical devices that must be under the recommended control of a professional. These products must remain unused and properly stored.

To benefit from the right of return, the products must not be opened, damaged or whose original packaging has deteriorated. We also remind you that class 3 medical devices cannot be returned or reimbursed.

Order error / expired or defective product / lost or damaged by transport

Glow Health agrees to cancel and refund the total amount of the order as soon as physical proof of the dispute is obtained: the correct receipt of the package and the products of the order.

Contact us at info@glowhealth.es indicating the reason, the order number and your personal information: name, surname and telephone number where you can be reached.

Glow Health will issue a new delivery note from the carrier with a return number to ensure the traceability of the returned products.

When is the refund usually made to the customer?

Glow Health will make the refund by the same payment method used for the purchase, reserving the right to make the refund upon receipt of the delivered products.

The refund may be delayed until the next business day after receipt of the returned product.

Glow Health will reimburse the purchaser for shipping costs in accordance with current regulations. However, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event that the return is for reasons attributable to Glow Health.
