Designed for injection in specific treatment areas, Saypha Volume Plus With Lidocaine should only be injected into healthy, non-inflamed, disinfected skin. The product should be injected slowly, with minimal pressure, using techniques such as the microdroplet technique. 

For initial and touch-up treatments, a maximum volume of 2.0 mL and 1.0 mL per nasolabial fold is recommended, respectively. After injection, a light massage may be applied by the doctor to distribute the product evenly, but patients should avoid self-massage to prevent product mobility. A typical session lasts about half an hour. 

If the 27G ½” needle becomes blocked, do not increase pressure on the plunger rod; instead, stop the injection and replace the needle. 

Do not inject into blood vessels, bones, tendons, ligaments, muscles, or naevi, and avoid overcorrection. Discard the syringe and any remaining product after use, and do not use the product if the packaging is damaged.
